Speaking & Teaching

What it takes to make transformation happen.

I bring enterprise and startup experience into conversations about digital transformation, innovation, and leadership. The focus is practical: the decisions, tradeoffs, and human realities that shape execution.

Topics can be shaped for executive teams, business and professional communities, or postgraduate learners. Depending on the audience and purpose, we can discuss a talk, facilitated workshop, guest lecture, or panel contribution.

Teaching

Helping future leaders apply ideas with judgment.

My postgraduate teaching at NEXT Campus covers digital transformation, enterprise innovation, design thinking, and project management, including work within programs associated with London Metropolitan University.

I connect concepts with the questions leaders face: what to prioritize, how to bring stakeholders together, and how to make a decision when information is incomplete.
