How AI is used in everyday work

The problem

Most large organisations now have people using AI tools. Far fewer have changed the workflow around the tool.

A licence changes what one person can do. It leaves open who approves the work, who owns the result and how a team knows it is good.

What I do

I redesign workflows with the teams that run them. I choose tools and technology partners, set how AI output is reviewed and governed, and stay through adoption.

The aim is a way of working that outlasts the pilot, with a named owner for each decision.

What I took from it

I count a pilot as finished when one named person owns the decision it was meant to improve.
