Venture building within MAS Holdings
Taking advanced apparel into gaming.
GamerTech connected apparel development with a new audience: gamers and esports athletes. The Magma Glove brought that idea into a physical product.

An established capability. A different market.
MAS Holdings provided the enterprise setting for GamerTech, a venture exploring gaming performance wearables. The work crossed several disciplines: product development, a new brand, an unfamiliar customer context, and international market entry.
My involvement connected the development and launch of the Magma Glove with the work required to take the venture to market.
From apparel expertise to a gaming wearable.
The Magma Glove was developed as a performance wearable for gamers and esports athletes. The venture took the product into US and European markets, connecting product development with positioning and commercial execution.
This experience informs how I approach new opportunities inside established organizations. Technical capability, customer relevance, and a route to market all need attention. A product moves forward when the people responsible for those areas can make decisions together.

Building inside an enterprise takes a particular kind of judgment.
A venture benefits from the expertise and resources around it. It also needs a way to make timely decisions, learn from the market, and adapt as understanding develops.
The leadership task is to connect those needs: use the enterprise’s strengths while giving the team enough clarity and room to build.
